Hey kids, what time is it?  Time for another exciting holiday letter from the Beinlichs!

It’s been almost 365 days since the last update from our little corner of the world.  It’s been an eventful year (aren’t they all?), but it feels like there have been a few more ups and downs than usual.

We did start out the year on a couple of “downs.” Early in January one of our kittens, Mike, wound up on the wrong side of a car and so is no longer with us. It was Mason’s first experience losing a pet, and it was as hard for us to watch his grief as it was for him to experience it.

It wasn't all sad times, though.
Here we are celebrating Valentine's Day at "Maggie's Buns,"
a great little restaurant in Forest Grove.
